You can cancel any of your transfer journeys or your entire booking by contacting us via call, text, or WhatsApp. Transfer service cancellations received with more than 24 hours’ notice are refunded in full. No refund is paid for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the transfer time. If you are not entitled to a refund, you will always receive an email with a cancellation note attached which you may be able to use to claim the expenses back from your tour operator, airline, or travel insurance provider.

During the booking, you will see vehicle types and passenger & luggage capacity. You can choose the one suitable for your trip. Please make sure the vehicle is suitable both for the number of passengers and the luggage.

Baby seats can be provided upon request but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you one. Please contact us at least 10 working days prior to your travel date and we will try and accommodate a baby seat subject to availability.

We offer private service with vehicles booked only for you and your family or friends. You won’t be sharing the journey with customers that aren’t part of your travel group.

Before you travel

Flight delays: If your inbound flight prior to the transfer from the airport is delayed or diverted to a different airport, we will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time, free of charge. If we are unable to reschedule your transfer due to a lack of available vehicles, you will be refunded in full for the affected transfer. Diverted flights: If your flight is diverted to a different airport, you must contact us immediately by calling or texting us about your new arrival details. We will monitor the new arrival flight and wait for you accordingly, subject to availability.

For transfers from the airport, you should proceed to the arrivals hall or to the meeting point specified on your booking confirmation, where your driver or a representative will be waiting for you with a sign or a tablet showing the lead passenger’s name or the Fat Taxi logo. For transfers from your accommodation, the driver will wait for you at the reception or outside the building.

For transfers from an airport, you will be picked up from the arrivals hall, unless indicated otherwise in the booking confirmation. For transfers from the accommodation, you will be picked up from the accommodation’s reception or outside the hotel/villa/building.
