Our drivers are experts in airport transfers, they monitor the flights and they will be ready to pick you up once you have passed the passport control and luggage claim. If there are any unexpected issues with your passport or luggage please get in touch with us as soon as possible by calling any of our priority numbers on your booking voucher, otherwise, the driver will leave after a reasonable time. For transfers back to the airport, the driver will wait up to 20 minutes after the selected pick up time.

What happens if my flight, train, ship is delayed or if my flight is diverted? Flight delays: If your inbound flight prior to the transfer from the airport is delayed or diverted to a different airport, we will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time, free of charge. If we are unable to reschedule your transfer due to a lack of available vehicles, you will be refunded in full for the affected transfer. Diverted flights: If your flight is diverted to a different airport, you must contact us immediately by calling or texting us about your new arrival details. We will monitor the new arrival flight and wait for you accordingly, subject to availability.

If you are unable to find the driver, please contact us immediately on our 24/7 telephone number or via Live Chat. Unless you get in touch with us, we will not be able to offer our assistance in finding your driver and providing the service you have booked. Any alternative travel arrangements you may make that are not authorised by our Customer Service team will be non-refundable.

Drivers are allowed to accept a tip but there is no need to as the price you pay includes gratuities.

You should proceed to the arrivals hall/arrivals terminal where your driver will be waiting for you. In some airports, there are specific meeting points, in that case, the meeting point will be specified on your booking confirmation email. If you are unable to locate the driver when you get to the meeting point, please contact us on the 24/7 telephone number provided or via Live Chat.

Your driver will ask you to show him the driver’s copy of the booking confirmation. You can either show it on your mobile phone or tablet screen or give them a printed copy.

Your mobile number will be used if we need to contact you in case of an emergency, for example, if your driver is experiencing difficulties locating you at the time of pickup.

If your flight is canceled, the service will be forfeited unless you inform us that you will be available for collection at the same flight arrival time and pickup point indicated on your booking confirmation.
